The doctors decide whether they can clarify your concerns over the video call or whether you need to see the doctor on site. Redeem your prescription via the app and have your medication delivered either to your home or to a local pharmacy near you. You can share sick leave with your employer via the app.

With Generali Mobile Health you have your health and your data in your hands. You decide which data you save and which you want to share with whom. And we provide the necessary security.
Your data is protected against access by unauthorized third parties with the latest encryption and security standards. We use data centers and servers in the European Union. It has been agreed with the operators of the servers that your data will not leave the European legal area.
The Generali Mobile Health App is available free of charge for everyone over the age of 18 - no matter where and how you are insured. The app is not tied to insurance with the Generali Group or to any other insurance company or health insurance company.
